How do I change or reset my password?
To change or reset your WBKey account's password, start from any WBKey-supported application:
Visit a WBKey-supported application.
Click the Sign In or Log In button or link (label may vary by application).
Enter your WBKey account's email address.
Click the Continue button.
Click the Forgot your password? link.
Click the Continue button to send an email with a verification code to your inbox.
Check your inbox for an email from WBKey with a verification code. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the verification code and click the Verify Code button.
Enter a new password that meets WBKey's password requirements, confirm the password, and click the Continue button.
Once successful, you will be able to complete the remaining sign in process.
