How do I reset my MFA?
To reset your WBKey account's multi-factor authentication (MFA):
Sign into a WBKey-supported application
Enter your email address and click the "Continue" button
Enter your password and click the "Continue" button
On the screen prompting your currently selected MFA method, click the "Reset Multi-factor Authentication" link
Verify your security questions. Note: If you are unable to provide answers to your security questions or receive an error stating you have not configured your security questions, please submit a support request to contact an application's administrator for assistance with resetting your security questions: WBKey Support Request.
Verify your email
You will receive a message stating the reset has been completed and you will need to return back to the application. You can then sign in again to reconfigure your MFA.
