How do I create an account?
To create a WBKey account or request access to a WBKey-supported application:
Visit a WBKey-supported application
Navigate to the application's registration/request access page. This process varies by application.
Complete the WBKey Account Wizard. The WBKey Account Wizard guides you through the following four steps:
Step 1 - Enter Email: Enter your email address and complete the captcha check, then select Send Verification Code. A verification code will be sent to your inbox.
Step 2 - Verify Email: Enter the verification code sent to your email address, then select Verify Email. Codes expire after 20 minutes. If you did not receive a code within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder before selecting Resend Code. To start over with a different email address, select Reset.
Step 3 - Account Details:
For a new WBKey account: Enter your First Name, Last Name, Password, and Confirm Password. Please review Password Requirements for current criteria.
For an existing WBKey account: Your name and email address will be displayed for review.
Select Continue to proceed to additional application-specific steps, or Submit Request if no further information is required.
Step 4 - Confirmed: Your WBKey account information has been confirmed. Depending on the application, this step may not indicate your access request is fully submitted - additional steps may still be required.
Complete any additional application-specific fields as needed. Some applications require additional registration information beyond the WBKey Account Wizard. This varies by application.
Submit the registration or request access form. Note: For some applications, no additional fields are required after the WBKey Account Wizard, and your request may be submitted automatically upon completing Step 3. In these scenarios, your request is submitted automatically upon selecting Submit Request in Step 3.
What happens next?
An email will be sent to you once your account is reviewed by an application administrator.
Once your account is approved, you will be able to sign in using your WBKey credentials. Please review WBKey Initial Login for further information on signing in for the first time.
